We recommend securing your tickets in advance by purchasing them online (atlanticharmonyequestrian.co.uk) to guarantee your spot at the event. However, for your convenience, any remaining tickets will also be available for purchase at the gate on the day of the event.

Children under the age of 18 are welcome to attend the event, but they must be accompanied by an adult.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please be aware that all tickets for this event are non refundable and non exchangeable.

In the unlikely event of a cancellation, please rest assured that you will receive a full refund for your ticket purchase. The refund will be processed back to the original bank account used for the ticket purchase.

For your safety and the well being of the horses, please refrain from touching or feeding the horses during the event. It's crucial to respect these beautiful animals and maintain a safe environment for all.

Please adhere to event guidelines, respect property and animals, and follow any instructions from our event staff to help us maintain a safe environment for everyone.

Event Cancellation or Postponement

In the rare event of an event cancellation, we will take the following steps:

Notification: We will promptly notify all registered attendees through the contact information provided during ticket purchase. Please ensure your contact details are accurate.

Refunds: Full refunds for ticket purchases will be issued to the original payment method used for the ticket purchase. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible.

Rescheduling: In the case of rescheduling, we will provide information on the new date and time. If the new date is not suitable for you, you may request a refund at megan@atlanticharmonyequestrian.co.uk.

Communication: Any updates regarding the event status, cancellation, or rescheduling will be communicated via email and our official social media channels.

The event will take place in the Charwood Arena. Please do not enter any other arena or the area housing the livery horses. Your cooperation is essential in maintaining a safe and organized environment for everyone.

If you have any specific accessibility needs or require assistance, please let us know in advance, and our team will do their best to accommodate your requirements. We aim to provide an inclusive and welcoming environment for all participants.

Please be advised that there will be reserved seating areas designated for event staff and invite-only guests. We kindly request that attendees refrain from occupying these reserved seats to ensure a smooth and organized event experience for all.

You agree to leave the Farm if we ask you to at any time and for any reason.

While we strive to maintain the event schedule as planned, please be aware that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In the event of schedule changes that are out of our control, rest assured that we will diligently work to find suitable replacements and minimize any disruptions to the event.

In the instance of an event schedule change, please note that we may be unable to offer refunds. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility in such situations, and our priority will be to deliver a memorable event experience despite any unexpected adjustments.

In the event that the venue is changed, we will ensure that the new venue remains within a 30-mile radius of the originally planned location. Please be aware that no refunds will be issued in such circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in making the necessary adjustments for the event's continued success.

Any changes to the event location or schedule will be promptly communicated via email. Please ensure that your contact information is accurate, and check your email for updates to stay informed about any modifications to the event.

Guidelines for Being Around Horses

Approach Calmly: Approach horses calmly and slowly, avoiding sudden movements and loud noises.

Speak Gently: Speak softly and soothingly to the horse to let them know you're there.

Do Not Startle: Avoid surprising a horse from behind or in their blind spots. Make your presence known.

No Running: Do not run or make abrupt movements around horses, as they can be startled easily.

Respect Space: Give horses their personal space. Do not crowd them or touch them without permission.

Stay Clear of Hooves: Be mindful of a horse's hooves; do not stand directly behind or in front of them.

No Sudden Gestures: Avoid sudden gestures, such as waving your arms, as they can startle horses.

Do Not Feed: Do not feed horses without the owner's or caretaker's permission. Feeding them inappropriate food can be harmful.

Stay Calm in Crowds: If in a group, stay calm and avoid overcrowding the horses. Follow instructions from event staff.

Use Caution with Young Horses: Exercise extra caution around young or unfamiliar horses, as they may be more unpredictable.

Wear Appropriate Attire: Wear closed-toe shoes and appropriate clothing when around horses for your safety.

Children and Horses: Supervise children closely when they are near horses. Children should be taught how to interact with horses safely.

No Fast Movements: Avoid sudden movements, especially around horses that are not used to crowds or noise.

Vehicles Ā 

You accept that taking vehicles onto a farm is a risk to safety and may cause damage for which you accept responsibility. You agree to move your vehicle on request. You consent to us moving your vehicle as your agent and at your own risk. If you ask us to move a vehicle then you warrant that you act with the authority of the owner. If we agree to move a vehicle then in consideration you will indemnify us and hold us harmless for any losses arising to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Smoking

No smoking or use of e cigarettes is allowed anywhere on the Farm, except for the area near the toilet where a cigarette disposal bin is provided.
